Why We Collect It

We collect and use your personal data for the following purposes:

Casting & Crew Applications

To review your application, contact you regarding the role, and keep a record of applicants for the production in question. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interests — specifically, our interest in casting and crewing our productions.

Contact Enquiries

To respond to your message. The legal basis is legitimate interests — our interest in communicating with people who reach out to us.

Notify Me

To send you a one-time notification when a film you signed up for becomes publicly available. The legal basis is consent — you explicitly requested this.

How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service. Casting and contact form submissions are delivered to us via Formspree, a secure form processing service. Both services are compliant with UK GDPR requirements.

We do not sell, rent, share or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain casting application data for the duration of the production to which it relates, and for up to 12 months thereafter. Contact enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to respond and resolve your query. Notify me email addresses are deleted once the relevant notification has been sent.

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
